The cleaning staff was attentive to requests.

Unfortunately, the bathroom fittings were in need of maintenance . The toilet roll holder was loose, quite inconvenient. The absence of breakfast options was disappointing, as it would've been nice to have that amenity available.

Overall it was beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed. Extra touches like multi-channel television and a study table were a treat, staff were wonderfully helpful and excellent. Location: the hotel was just off St Cuthberts church and the centre.

Heating randomly switched between boiling and completely off, quite frustrating!!! No milk provided for drinks in the room, a basic expectation!!! A few more lighting options in the room would be appreciated!!!

Just a strong match for a whistle-stop in Wells with good value for price. The good decor in the room added a cozy touch. Be prepared for narrow corridors. They can be tricky if you meet someone!

The decoration in our room was charming, and the complimentary tea and coffee was a lovely touch. Don't miss dining at the pub. The food was really good! Highly recommend visiting for a cozy retreat!

The newly refurbished decor created a cute atmosphere. The spacious room had a beautifully furnished interior that added to the comfort of our stay. The staff were accommodating, with Dan providing really good recommendations for local spots. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food offered in the pub below.

The room was tastefully decorated and had a very comfy bed. the staff were amazingly helpful and amicable. the setting of the hotel was convenient, in the middle of the city.

The staff here are really kind and always available, the deluxe queen room is fabulous with an incredibly comfortable bed, and the food is of excellent quality.

The pub downstairs had a vibrant atmosphere, with fantastic food and a lovely little beer garden that I enjoyed. The only downside was the lack of breakfast options, which I found a bit inconvenient since it was stated as room only. Central heating seemed too hot at times.
